Orders and Shipping 

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed and sent out for shipping within 48 hours of purchase.

When will my order arrive?

Most orders will arrive within 3-8 business days, depending on the shipping option chosen.

We work closely with our carriers to ensure your Floke package can reach you as quickly as possible. Depending on where you are located, there are regular and expedited shipping options.

COVID Update: You may experience temporary delays as a result of additional safety measures to protect our team and customers. If you need to edit the address of your order or request a cancellation, please contact us with your order number at team@flokehair.com

How do I edit or cancel an order?

If you cancel your order within 1 hour of order placement, we can process your cancellation. However, depending on how far along your order is, we may not be able to make the update in time. Email us with your order number at team@flokehair.com if you need to edit or cancel your order.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot edit the shipping address. 

Returns and Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

We do not accept returns due to hygiene requirements and COVID safety regulations.

What do I do if my Floke order arrives damaged?

We’re so sorry this happened to you! If your product has arrived damaged, please contact us immediately at team@flokehair.com. All damaged orders must be reported within 3 days of delivery, and once we receive the report we will replace the product. Damaged items MUST be returned to ensure a full refund. The damaged item should be returned within 3 days of receiving a return label via email, otherwise the customer will face a $20 replacement fee for the item.

Billing and Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards or debit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.

When will my card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

What’s different about the Magicurler and how does it work?

Our mission is to make your life and haircare easier and the Magicurler does just that. Without any damaging heat tools, you can get the waves and curls you want while you sleep. Made of 100% premium mulberry silk, the Magicurler gently sets your hair into a wave formation without tugging or snagging. By simply rolling your damp hair around the product, your hair will naturally be set in that shape when it dries. You can do chores or even sleep while our Magicurler does the hard work for you.

You can also adjust how curled you want your hair – for tighter and more defined curls, simply roll less hair around the product each round. For loose waves, just roll more hair each round.

Is the Magicurler better than a curling iron?

Yes, definitely! Our Magicurler doesn’t damage and tug on the hair like curling irons or blow-dryers. Instead, we use 100% silk and smart hair innovation so you can easily achieve perfectly tousled waves or curls without damaging your hair.

How do I maintain curls and waves after using the Magicurler?

To make your curls last even longer, we recommend using a gentle hair setting spray to lock down the curl.

What hair types are Floke products suitable for?

Our Magicurler is super gentle and works on all hair types.

How do I wash my Magicurler?

Our Magicurler needs a little love too; we recommend dry cleaning and hand-washing only. As it’s made of silk, please do not put them into a washing machine or dryer. We like to hand-wash them by drawing a bath and adding a gentle detergent designed to clean silk. Simply submerge your Magicurler and gently massage the product in the liquid. Run cool water until the wand is no longer soapy and press the water out with your hands. Lay the Magicurler on a drying rack and leave to dry.
